Whenever you purchase a product from Radex EMF Reader Store and you’re dissatisfied for any reason, you can send it back to us within thirty (30) days of the purchasers product received date, for a full refund. Please contact us before returning a product. Radex EMF Reader Store will not provide a refund for a product that is received by Radex EMF Reader Store more than thirty (30) days after the delivery date of the original purchasers product received date. Radex EMF Reader Store also does not provide a refund for returned products that are damaged because of misuse, any abnormal usage, accident, abuse or any other abnormal usage of the product by the purchaser.
Once we have received your returned product, your original payment method will be refunded within 3-7 business days. Radex EMF Reader Store is not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit to Radex EMF Reader Store. We recommend that you ship your returned products to Radex EMF Reader Store via a tracking shipment method. Customers outside the United States are responsible for paying any additional fees, including, but not limited to, taxes or duties.
We will confirm receipt of your returned product within 2 business days of the returned product and we will refund the amount paid for the returned product for the original purchase within 3-7 business days, back to the payment method the customer used to make the original purchase.
